So Young, So BackStreetBoys!

Back when I was   9 or 10.  I can visibly remember how crazy I was whenever I saw BSB on TV during my grade school days.  Ahh, I used to squeal my lungs out, literally.  My cousins and I used to jump, or maybe in awe. Dude,  that’s how crazy we were at BSB. To add on that, I even knew their profile. Like where and when they were born. For me during my grade school days, their songs served as my relief. Their songs made me always swing my head. When BSB, had their concert at Araneta early this year I wasn’t  there coz I really didn’t know at all. So I just kinda blubbered.

Just early this morning, July 21, 2010 I was in a hurry coz I was really late for school .As I was sitting in the van, and some sort of songs from the 90’s been playing, I was not really in the mood coz Im running late. And bang, the introduction song of EVERYBODY (BackStreet’s Back) was played. Ooh wow. It was like I grooved into it. And then the song switched to I Want It That Way, and I was humming. Ha-ha-ha. And I noticed the other passengers tapping their laps, and humming. How cute was that, right? The BackStreet fever.  So I kept humming until I thought of a very harebrained idea. ‘”That moment, it was okay to be late coz if  I wasn’t I’m not gonna be able to hear BSB’s music”. Ha-ha. Little did I know when Quit Playing Games was on, I was actually near school and about to step out of the van. HAHA! And then I used the shortcut to our room, which was indeed very rock-strewn. My heels got some sort of nicks. Ha-ha. Oh well, I got inside the classroom. And bang, I wasn’t late! Yahoooo.  During the break time, I shared my experience with Lindsay and Heather. And surprisingly, they used to be fans of Spice Girls. And Lindsay just told me that she liked BSB. Ahh, cute right?

The BackStreet’s fever isn’t over for me. I will always be a fan.  A Backstreet baby.
